If you have been searching for a proper Tartan 4300 blue water yacht, you found it! Gorgeous inside and out with the quality and craftsmanship that Tartan is known for. The 4300 has all the graceful design elements of a classic sailboat - the low coach roof, a long, lean hull, and a great combination of value and high performance with an opulent interior. This yacht is of historical significance! The current owner had purchased this vessel from Bill Ross, former owner of Tartan Marine, back in 2011. Prior to Bill's private ownership, this yacht traveled the boat show circuit and where Tartan showcased this vessel at both the Annapolis and Chicago Boat Shows, among others. The Tartan 4300 was designed with tartan's Cruise Control Rig (CCR). Key features of the CCR are a double spreader tapered carbon mast, self-tacking 100% jib, masthead 150% reacher and Tartan's composite Pocket Boom, making the carbon rig lighter, stiffer, and stronger than aluminum. Harken electric furlers. This freshwater 4300 reflects pride of ownership throughout - being supremely well-maintained as well as clean! New deep blue hull paint in late 2024. Hardtop dodger and full enclosure added. New aft A/C unit installed late 2024 along with new batteries. Pocket Boom rebuilt in 2024. Toe rails re-varnished. Dinghy sold with the yacht. Recent survey in 2024.
