Olivia did a great job of showing the boat, kept me informed and up to date on the progress. Didn't sugar coat anything, just the facts. She was calm when as the seller I wasn't through multiple surveys and inspections and always answered her phone which was great!. She never blurred the line of who she was representing but dealt with the buyer openly and fairly.
